You are warmly invited to join me for a special Qigong class at Botanica Nursery and Gardens. We will walk the sacred path together leading to a magical fairy ring where we will practice Qigong together.

Come join us for this magical experience of connecting with heaven and earth amongst the magnificent redwood trees and gardens, blue sky and the spirit of the earth beneath your feet.

No prior experience with Qigong or Forest Bathing is required. I will guide you in this simple and powerful moving meditation.

We will practice outdoors in Botanica’s breathtaking, 7.5-acre botanical reserve, letting the peaceful energy of the forest, shade-loving blooms, and gentle breeze support our practice.

I look forward to sharing this beautiful space and practice with you.

When: Please join us every Monday from 11:00-12:15 pm beginning Monday, June 15th.

What to Bring: Comfortable layers and sturdy walking shoes.
